2008 News:

As a former A&R (Artists and Repertoire) Director for Manhattan Records/Blue Note Label Group (EMI MUSIC NORTH AMERICA), John has worked with the world's top selling soprano Sarah Brightman (her new Manhattan cd Symphony recently hit no. 13 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts), Platinum recording artists Celtic Woman, Grammy-nominated singer Linda Eder as well as the internationally acclaimed 12 Girls Band from Beijing, China.  In addition, his most recent project was Philly soul singer Mutlu's new cd entitled Livin' It featuring guest appearances by Daryl Hall, G. Love, Amos Lee and R&B chart topper Raheem DeVaughn. Livin' It is produced by long time Hall and Oates music director T-Bone Wolk and is due for release in July 2008. Mutlu also recently opened for the Joe Jackson "Rain" tour.

John is also currently producing a new project by acclaimed British singer/songwriter and former EMI recording artist Ryland Angel to be released in the early fall 2008. Label TDB.

Other current projects include:

*A solo guitar project entitled Somewhere Twice with his group Power River. This cd features drummer Bruce Ditmas (Jaco Pastorius, Pat Metheny, Paul Bley) and Dom Richards (James Blood Ulmer, The Decoding Society, Rob Reddy's Honor System). Release date is set for fall 2008 on JMP Records.

*Producing a new Aria recording with internationally acclaimed Opera tenor Carl Tanner. No release date has been set.
